Boise IT On Call is a business venture of Jason Robinson, a computer technician & IT help desk manager for the past 12 years.

I have worked on every possible part of a computer a hundred times over the past 12 years.  I started by tearing apart my parents computers in high school and building my own in college.  Eventually word got around that I was the "Go to guy" for home office IT needs.

I spent five years working in IT at Hewlett Packard but felt my skills were better used helping smaller businesses that didn't have their own IT departments and a dozen people on staff.

Some of my clients were college students needing a computer fixed before a paper was due, parents needing advice on how to secure their computers so their teenage children couldn't get to pornography, to small business owners needing help turning on wireless encryption, setting up file sharing, or configuring Quickbooks for multiple user access, to a construction company with dozens of employees needing their office computers networked for shared file & printer access.
